Sense of Membership Survey
This scale measures youth’s perceptions of belonging and engagement. Participants should take this survey before participating in this course to establish a benchmark for their sense of belonging, and again after the course to determine if and how they feel after engaging with the material and each other.

1 = Not at all True
2 = Slightly True
3 = Moderately True
4 = Mostly True
5 = Completely True
