What to Expect

Through facilitated dialogue, reflective exercises, and real-world application, participants will move beyond awareness into intentional action. Each session will center on a key BELONGING lens—such as identity, power and privilege, inclusive leadership, and systemic impact—while creating space for participants to explore how these concepts show up in their own leadership, teams, and organizations.

The cohort model fosters trust, accountability, and shared learning, allowing participants to engage more vulnerably and consistently over time. Sessions may be co-facilitated by contributors from the spring 2026 event, bringing continuity, diverse perspectives, and deeper expertise into the experience.

Each participant will have the opportunity to schedule a 45 minute coaching session with lead facilitator and executive coach, Lula Abera

Participants Will Leave With

• Greater clarity about how identity and power shape their leadership approach

• Practical tools to interrupt bias and navigate harm constructively

• Strategies to lead difficult conversations with confidence and accountability

• Frameworks to align policies, practices, and culture with equity-centered values

• A concrete next step for strengthening equity within their sphere of influence
