What to Expect

A one-day leadership summit designed for leaders, educators, and community practitioners who are responsible for shaping culture, navigating complexity, and advancing equity in the spaces they lead.

This experience moves beyond introductory diversity conversations. Through interactive Leadership Labs and a dynamic keynote, participants will examine how identity, power, and lived experience influence leadership decisions, team dynamics, and organizational systems.

Grounded in a DEIB lens, the summit emphasizes practical application. Participants will reflect on their leadership patterns, strengthen their capacity to lead across differences, and explore how to translate equity commitments into measurable, sustainable action.

This is a space for serious reflection, skill-building, and courageous leadership.

Participants Will Leave With

  • Greater clarity about how identity and power shape their leadership approach

  • Practical tools to interrupt bias and navigate harm constructively

  • Strategies to lead difficult conversations with confidence and accountability

  • Frameworks to align policies, practices, and culture with equity-centered values

  • A concrete next step for strengthening equity within their sphere of influence
