Coaching and Consulting

We offer coaching and consulting for nonprofit organizations and initiatives within our alliance and organizations independent of our alliance.

Consultants are experts in nonprofit development and resiliency, and work with Executive Directors, Board of Directors, and leadership teams on organizational growth and resiliency. We offer nonprofit assessments and consulting, and content expert consulting in key organizational areas including:

• Program Development

• Brand Recognition

• Finances and Fundraising

• Administrative Systems

Coaches focus on the integration of an Executive Directors personal development and organizational mission, and is client directed. Generally, a coach does not consult or advise, but co-collaborates to assist Executive Directors to operate at her or his highest level.
